For over a decade, Leroy has been helping fighters and athletes unlock their true performance potential, not with fluff or trends, but with proven systems that deliver results where it counts.
His journey started in the ring, competing in Muay Thai and fighting on the world stage at the prestigious WTKA World Championships in Italy over 15 years ago. That first hand fight experience laid the foundation for what would become a lifelong mission, helping fighters become stronger, faster, more durable, and mentally unbreakable.
Today, Leroy is an Elite S&C Coach, CrossFit Level 3 Coach, and CrossFit Seminar Staff, trusted by top tier athletes, including those competing in ONE Championship, RWS, and across the globe. His coaching system, Fight by Design, is built specifically for fighters, combining real world fight experience with deep expertise in biomechanics, programming, recovery, and performance psychology.
