Leroy's coaching started with fight experience, not theory alone. He competed in Muay Thai and fought on the world stage at the WTKA World Championships in Italy, learning first hand how much preparation matters when pressure is real.

That experience became a decade-plus coaching mission: help fighters become stronger, faster, more durable, and better prepared without wasting energy on random work.

Fight By Design is the result. It turns Leroy's coaching standards into a clearer system for athletes who want elite combat sports strength and conditioning without needing a full professional team around them.
